PAWSitive Impact Event October 2, 2019

Help us Help KLAWS!!

Join us Saturday October 19 from 12:00 to 3:00 as we introduce PAWSitive IMPACT, an animal-themed jewellery line.

PAWSitive IMPACT is a Canadian designed, special collection where 5% of the proceeds of each purchase will be donated to an animal cause. KLAWS (Kawartha Lakes Animal Wellness Society) is our cause of choice.

During our special introduction, KLAWS will be in our store with some Kittens and/or Cats that need a good home. If you have been thinking of getting a cat, now is the time to come to Purdy's and talk to KLAWS. Not only will there be some adoptable cats here to cuddle with, but KLAWS will have information about many other cats that are in need of a good home.

During this special introduction, we will have many PAWSitive IMPACT pendant styles to choose from, ranging from $129 to $329. Be sure to enter the raffle for a chance to win a PAWSitive IMPACT pendant. Donations to KLAWS will also be gratefully accepted. Refreshments will be served.

The Pyrrha Story

Designers Wade and Danielle Papin have been creating jewellery from their Vancouver studio for over 25 years.

After discovering a dusty old box of badly damaged 19th century wax seals, they had the idea of handcrafting a line of talisman jewellery using the authentic wax seals and imagery from the Victorian era, cast in reclaimed silver and other precious metals. Each design is rich in symbolism culled from heraldry.

Worn by celebrities, like Lady Gaga, Charlize Theron, Julia Roberts, Chris Hemsworth, Taylor Swift, Richard Madden, Jennifer Lawrence...and more!

Each talisman tells a unique and personal story, imbued with meaning...designed to inspire the wearer. Discover your personal sentiment that's associated with your talisman...meaning is everything!
